Their interest, which is the same as ours, is to make money and they use people like you and I, fooled with very solid text advertising, easily believable, to get their money and we are left high, dry and flat broke.

You receive methods to market the product or service that will fit any budget, even if there is no budget at all for advertising. You are told outright that developing a business takes time. This is not a "I'll get back to within 7 days" helpline, rather the answers come quickly, usually within 48 hours, so as not to impede the progress of the member. Clear step-by-step procedures exist that are easily understood by just about everyone. For a member to feel that they have an easy home based business is the goal of a real legitimate business offering real solutions to the new internet entrepreneur.
In addition, the company that wants you to promote for them gives you up-to-date marketing tips and tricks as they become available so your marketing strategies do not become stale and ineffective and both parties win. The company gains more sales and the member gains more commissions. Also a company that truly wants you to succeed provides newsletters to keep you informed as to changing events within the industry and forums to let you pass ideas and strategies to and from other members that share the same interest. They also provide you with updated product or service listings and give the complete details on the best way to market them.
So when investigating new businesses to focus your own home based business remember the following:
1. Most "get rich quick" offers will only cost you in the long run.
2. Establishing a successful home based business takes time, effort and dedication.
3. Any company that says they will do all the work for you and you get the profits really means "no pain, no gain." They, most times, do not put in the effort, just as you are not. Both parties lose.

The guidelines presented above are some of the lessons I have learned on my own journey establishing a legitimate home based business.
